To provide you with the best and most efficient service, please provide all the information requested in this form(s). You will be able to upload any images you want to add to your site. They should all be of higher resolution or else they will look grainy. Do not pull images from social media as they change the resolution and your images may not look right when uploaded to your site. It is helpful if you rename the images you want to use based on the pages you want them or which products they belong to. For example, for the image you want on your home page, right click it and rename it – home. Renaming images is extremely helpful so I know where they are supposed to go. It is best to have images without text on them.

All documets must be submitted to me as a Word Doc. If you are using Pages or Google Docs, you should save as a word doc prior to uploading them here.
Once all the information and images are provided, I will start your website design. Please use the manual and checklist to ensure you have all the content ready necessary to start your website.
