I want you to be happy with anything you purchase with me. I do my best to ensure customer satisfaction at every step of they way. Apparel

All apparel is printed on demand once ordered. It is advisable for the customer to read the description of each item for proper sizing. If the customer finds the item not to be expected and would like to return the item for a replacement, the customer is responsible for return shipping and it must be returned in new, unused condition within five days. If the item damaged in anyway, the customer must send Kim Richardson a picture of the damage and a replacement will be sent. The customer must contact Kim Richardson via email kim.richardson@kimrichardson.kim no later three days of delivery. If the damaged item is not reported in the specified time, no replacement will be sent.

If the item is a personalized custom design, it is non-returnable.

 

Tote Bags

All totes are printed on demand once ordered. It is advisable for the customer to read the description of each item for proper sizing. If the damaged item is not reported in the specified time, no replacement will be sent.

If the damaged item is not reported in the specified time, no replacement will be sent.

Services

Services are non-fundable. For many services there will be a contract in place to specify payments and timeline.
