Several years ago, was a turning point in my life when I lost someone very close to me to suicide. 
I was so angry, hurt, lost, confused and felt stuck in my life. Even though I had support all around me, 
I still felt alone. I am here to help you move through your grief in a loving way.
In this 4-hour workshop you will feel safe and loved. You will grow a better understanding of "the process"
of grieving that is right only for you. You will leave with the steps to start loving life again without guilt.

You don't have to have art skills for this class! This is a fun class where I guide you through releasing or 
manifesting through creating a fun art project.

This 2-hour class teaches you what holding onto anger does to you and how to release it so you can forgive and live a much happier life. 

Manifesting your Dreams/Vision Boards
In this class we will learn the tools of how to manifest your dreams and make them a reality.

Book Club
This club meets once a week for 4-6 weeks teaching from a motivational, inspirational book. You can purchase/bring your own copy of the book or purchase one at the workshop.
